What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Rescheduled appointments can be done with 24 hours. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged the 50% booking deposit.

Do you need a patch test for all treatments?

You needs a patch test for all treatments besides facials and threading. All tinting, perming, laminating and SPMU treatments require a patch test.
